Executive Assistant - Wellington, FL

Job Description/Duties:

  • Answers all incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department.
  • Takes detailed messages if a call is not being transferred to an individual.
  • Monitors Sfax each morning, afternoon, and before end of each day.
  • Processes and enters new referrals into PM and EHR systems as assigned.
  • Completes family phone calls when assigned.
  • Using company's HIPAA complaint email system, communicates new referral information to clinicians when assigned.
  • Assists company by running various errands and obtaining the daily mail.
  • Other duties as assigned.

High school degree required, 2-year degree preferred. Must be proficient in Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs. Must be proficient in using PM/EHR systems required to perform duties. Must possess high integrity and confidentiality/discretion related to private healthcare information. Previous healthcare experience preferred.   Must have strong organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent ability to prioritize and manage time. Must know when to consult and can build trustworthy/appropriate business relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
